    How Does Our Recruitment Process Work?

    1. Phone Interview

    After receiving your information in the form above, we will contact you with an initial interview over the phone to ask any additional questions that we may have.

    2. Face-to-Face Interview

    Interpreters who do well in the phone interview portion of the process will be invited to participate in a further, face-to-face interview to assess their compatibility with our needs.

    3. Technical Test

    You will also take a technical test to ensure that your interpretation skills fit the standards that we have set in place for interpreters in our network.

    4. Join Our Network

    If we find that you and your experience are a good fit for what we’re looking for, InterpreLink will reach out and help you get started as one of our network of interpreters.
